The registration fee includes the conference proceedings, lunches, beverages, coffees, welcome cocktail and the gala dinner.
The daily registration fee includes attendance to the conference, coffee breaks, lunch. Gala dinner participation can be purchased for an extra.

Fee Reduction
Special Support for Young Turkish Scientists
In order to provide partial support for a limited number of non-salaried young Turkish graduate students, a request for support from TÜBİTAK according to the “Section 2223 Domestic Scientific Activity Support Program“ has been submitted. Student participants who wish to benefit from this support must send official documentation of their student status along with their abstract submission by July 27, 2012. Submitted abstracts will be evaluated according to their scientific content.
Genç Türk Bilim İnsanları için Özel Destek
Herhangi bir geliri olmayan, sınırlı sayıda genç Türk lisans öğrencine kısmi katılım desteği sağlanması için TÜBİTAK “2223 Yurt İçi Bilimsel Etkinlikleri Destekleme Programı”na başvurulmuştur. Destekten yararlanmak isteyen katılımcıların öğrenci belgelerini ve bildiri özetlerini 27 Temmuz 2012 tarihine kadar göndermeleri gerekmektedir. Başvuruların değerlendirilmesinde bildiri özetlerinin bilimsel içeriği göz önünde bulundurulacaktır.
